Watching the one-off screening of Food Inc at our local cinema last night made me realise just how far we have become detached from nature in the Western world.
We all know that the likes of McDonalds doesn’t deliver the best diet but an insight into mass-production farming methods is just something else.
Although this American based film highlighted the food industry on the other side of the Atlantic I hear that it is not too dissimilar to what’s happening here in the UK.
You’ll never look at dinner the same way. More popcorn anyone?
